Classic Baskets & Gifts, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We want everyone to know that we will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise distribute your e-mail address or any personal information that is collected on our website. We may occasionally contact you if we are running any specials, or if we have new products. If you do not wish to receive any correspondence from us, please send us an e-mail and we will remove your name from our contact list.

When processing your order, we reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value, if the listed products are out of stock or no longer available.
Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. We use UPS Ground and the US Postal Service for most of our deliveries because we have found that they are the most reliable. If you do not wish to have your order shipped via one of these two companies we will try to honor your request, but the shipping rates that are listed may be adjusted to reflect the change in shipping costs. We will not ship orders to a post office box, so please provide a street address when filling out the shipping information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping on most orders is as follows:
up to $25.00 -$10.00
$25.01 to $45.00 - $12.00
$45.01 to $65.00 - $14.00
$65.01 and up - $18.00
If there is any deviation from the shipping rates listed, we will contact you before charging your credit card. An example of this would be if you were shipping purchases to different addresses, or if your purchase would require multiple boxes.
